Classic Latte

Ingredients

1 cup - fat free milk
2 shots - espresso*
*Can substitute 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
1 serving (8 ounces milk per serving)

Directions

Steam milk. Pour into a cup and add brewed espresso. Spoon a thin layer of foamed milk over top of beverage.
