Gingerbread Steamer

Ingredients

1 cup - fat free or lowfat milk
2 tablespoon - molasses
2 tablespoon - brown sugar
¼ teaspoon - pumpkin pie spice
Makes 1 serving (8 ounces milk per serving)

Directions

Warm all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming. Pour into a mug and serve.
