Golden Moon Milk

Turmeric turns steamed dairy milk a bright and beautiful hue in this golden moon milk recipe. Cinnamon, cloves and honey round it out for a cup of color that will warm you all the way through.

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

2 cups real milk
2 tablespoons turmeric
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Directions

  1. Warm milk in small saucepan.

  2. Add turmeric, cinnamon, and cloves into saucepan and whisk until mixed thoroughly.

  3. Pour into mug, stir in honey if desired.

  4. Top with additional cinnamon.
