Power Orange Smoothie

Makes 4 servings, 4 ounces of milk per serving.


2 cups - fat free or lowfat milk
1 - 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup - sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp - vanilla extract
4 to 6 - ice cubes


In a blender combine milk, orange juice concentrate, powdered sugar and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth. With the blender running, add ice cubes one at a time, through open lid; blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into tall glasses; serve immediately. Yields 1 quart. This shake can also be poured into freezer-pop containers for a dreamsicle snack.
