Salad in a Jar

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

2 cups spinach (or preferred greens
1 egg
1 pork sausage (or preferred meat)
1 medium bell pepper
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, part skim (or preferred cheese)
2 tablespoons light ranch dressing (or preferred dressing)
Pair each serving with: 8 oz glass of milk

Directions

Directions:

  1. Hard boil two eggs.

  2. Combine all ingredients and split between two separate sealable containers, such as two mason jars. If taking on the go, pack dressing separately & add it in when you’re ready to eat if you prefer.

  3. Pair each serving with an 8-ounce glass of milk.
