Shamrock Smoothie

Makes 1 servings (4 ounces milk per serving)

Ingredients

1 cup - kale leaves (stripped from the stalks)
1/2 cup - lowfat or fat free milk
1/2 cup - ice cubes
1/2 - ripe avocado, peeled and seeded
1 tablespoon - honey
1/2 teaspoon - mint extract
1/4 teaspoon - vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon - lime or lemon juice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
