Super Food Smoothie

When you blend fresh ingredients, including ice-cold milk, blueberries and bananas with honey and vanilla extract, you’ll serve up an easy and delicious smoothie super fast.

 

Makes 2 servings (4 ounces milk per serving

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups - frozen blueberries
1 cup - lowfat or fat free milk
1 - banana, sliced
2 tablespoons - honey
1 tablespoon - vanilla extract
1 teaspoon - lemon juice
1/2 cup - ice

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
