Why U.S. Olympian Jamie Anderson Drinks Organic Milk

Two-time U.S. Olympian Jamie Anderson has an impressive list of firsts at the Olympic Winter Games. She won the first ever Olympic gold medal in Women’s Slopestyle Snowboarding at the Olympic Winter Games Sochi 2014. She’s the first female snowboarder to win two medals at a single Olympic Winter Games — defending her Slopestyle title and winning a silver medal in Big Air. Now her three career Olympic medals for Team USA put her in the same league as two other iconic snowboarders. 
 
She’s one of the top snowboarders on the mountain and wants to continue to soar. This requires intense dedication to a rigorous training regimen, both on the slopes and in the gym. Jamie also takes time to replenish her mind, body and spirit — with yoga, meditation and mindfulness — and focuses on maintaining a nutritious diet to help fuel her training.

“Golden milk is one of my favorite recipes to make with organic milk,” she said. “I add it to hot tea with turmeric, ginger, and ghee — and it’s amazing.”
