“I've partnered with @milklife to show you a tiny glimpse into our breakfast routine (it's not always this neat) My boy is a finicky eater but loves his breakfast so we try to pack as many nutrient rich foods into it as we can. It is so important for kids to get protein at every meal. We are big fans of oatmeal and pairing it with an 8oz glass of milk adds 8grams of high quality protein to their breakfast which helps them start the day strong.”
