Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowl with Cantaloupe Paired with a Latte

Sometimes you need a breakfast that is quick, easy and a bit sweet. Start your morning with a light and refreshing breakfast of cottage cheese and cantaloupe. Pair with a latte made with milk and begin your day with 30 grams of protein.

Directions

Scoop cottage cheese into a bowl, and top with cantaloupe. Steam 1 cup milk. Pour into a cup and add brewed espresso. Spoon a thin layer of foamed milk over the latte.

3/4 cup - lowfat (1%) cottage cheese

Pair with:

1 cup - fat free milk

2 shots - espresso*

*can substitute 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
