“I had a change of plans today so I'm sneaking in some extra planning time - long term ideas, video editing tips, and of course breakfast with a side of podcast listening. This morning was oatmeal with dried cherries, sunflower seeds, honey, and an 8 ounce glass of milk. That glass of milk provides me 8 grams of high quality protein to get my day going and help me feel full longer.”
