“It's always a good day for breakfast in bed. A big goal for me this year was to actually get up and make myself breakfast. I've always skipped breakfast and that's not good. Along with making breakfast I'm trying to add more milk into my life. It's a great way to add an extra protein into my morning. I've partnered with @milklife to show an easy recipe to get the recommended 25-30 grams of protein to start the morning with energy. Just some simple eggs, wheat toast, avocado, and a glass of milk is such a quick and easy breakfast.”
