“Did you guys know that experts recommend that you have 25-30g of protein before noon? Not only is this important but it's also really easy! I got #MyMorningProtein with this smoothie bowl that has greens, flax meal, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, almond butter, fruit, avocado, and kefir in it. I also paired it with a glass of milk, which has 8g of protein all by itself! Together they have over 30g of protein! Not to mention it only took me 10 minutes to make after the gym.
