Scrambled Eggs with Toast, Mixed Berries and Milk

Craving a fruity start to your day? Add a cup of mixed berries on the side of your normal breakfast of two scrambled eggs and whole wheat toast. Serve with a glass of milk for 30 grams of protein.


Combine eggs in bowl and beat well with a wire whisk. Pour eggs into skillet, and cook over low heat, stirring gently. Cook until eggs are firm, but still moist. Remove from heat. Toast two slices of whole wheat bread to your liking. Serve with 1/4 cup mixed berries and an 8-ounce glass of milk.
